Our goal is to help people tap into their full potential.

We want to help individuals and companies jump up an echelon or two and find ways to improve clinical care. Clearly Clinical was born out of a need to fill gaps in the mental health field that include effective utilization review and clinical documentation training to improve quality of care.

Clearly Clinical is divided into three branches:

  • A national podcast-based behavioral health Continuing Education platform

  • Utilization Review & Clinical Documentation consulting services

  • A private psychotherapy practice

We are in the business of human development and growing your skills.
Our mission is to help people learn, grow, and shine.

Beth Irias, LMFT #80500 (she/her)

Clearly Clinical’s President & founder, Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Irias, is a California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a passionate connecter of people.

Beth considers herself a psychology MacGyver (no, not the new MacGyver… the original, classic one), and her passion is solving problems. She delights in getting to know people, and she has an eye for ethics… integrity is always her guiding light (so much so that the word is on her keyring, where it’s been for almost two dozen years!).

Beth is also an adjunct professor in the Graduate Psychology Department at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. She has served on a number of clinical management teams, including directing the Admissions Department at a 100-bed residential dual-diagnosis treatment facility in Los Angeles, CA, and running the Utilization Review Department for an adolescent dual-diagnosis facility in Woodland Hills, CA.

Beth’s consulting work was born out of her passion for improving the quality of care for mental health patients… she feels strongly that streamlining administrative processes often leads to improved treatment outcomes.

Hands-on consulting and training, working alongside your company to help your staff learn, grow, and shine.

As an experienced trainer, Beth has a strong background in Utilization Review, Clinical Management, and Quality Assurance.

She provides businesses with clinical support as they navigate accreditation, program development, managed care utilization review processes, and appeals with external organizations like the Department of Managed Health Care and the Department of Insurance.

Beth has worked alongside prominent and influential behavioral health attorneys, learning the ins and outs of managed care systems, and she passes important and game-changing Utilization Review strategies onto her consulting clients.

Experienced guidance that you can trust, helping your business reduce liability risks and improve managed care authorizations.

Beth works with companies throughout the United States on improving the quality of patient care, and she is a professional conference and seminar speaker on the national circuit, known for her engaging tongue-in-cheek presenting style.
